Urban Decay "Born to Run" Palette

This palette is calling my name like crazy!  I feel like this palette is unique in that it has all of these colors together- it is mixing warm, neutral, and cool all together.  There have been so many warm palettes over the last year or so and it is refreshing to see something that has a wide range of colors that could create a ton of different looks.  I also appreciate that it would be a good size for traveling and could cover you for any and every situation.  That being said...do I really need it?

1)  Is the price a motivating factor? Nope.  It is not on sale nor is it super cheap.  I would willingly purchase this palette at full price, but I do image that is will be on sale in the coming months.
2)  Is it limited edition?  It appears to be a permanent part of the Urban Decay lineup for now.
3)  What attracts me to this item?  The wide color range and that it seems very all-in-one.
4)  How will using it alter my daily life?  In dream world, this becomes my travel palette as well as something I use a couple of times a week.  In reality, I may use it once or twice and then be riddled with guilt about all the other palettes I have.
5)  Do I have something similar already?  I have an insane amount of eyeshadow so there's no world in which I don't have something pretty similar.  I may not have those exact colors in one palette, but I totally have those colors.  I would say this is similar to any of the Lorac Pros or Lorac Mega Pros.
How do I feel about that item?  Lorac Pros and Mega Pros are some of my favorites, but I should enjoy them instead of purchasing something similar.
Do I use it very often?  I do not use any of my eyeshadow often because I have way too much to use any of it efficiently.
6)  Is it timeless or of the moment? This is very of the moment, I think.  These colors look appealing because they are a contrast to what is currently on the market.
7)  Could you DIY a similar item with things you already have? I could easily use two or three palettes to achieve almost all of the looks I could achieve with this one palette.
8)  Is the story behind the item driving your purchase instead of the item?  Not really.  "Born to Run" has a nice wild and romantic sentiment of being a boss, but that isn't the most appealing story for me.
Can the item stand on its own?  I feel like it easily can.
Can you create a story about a similar item you already have that will feel more authentic?  Probably.
9)  Is this item standalone or will you feel the need to collect multiple versions or accessories for it? I feel like this is a pretty standalone palette and I would not feel the need to purchase any additional accessories or products to feel like I would be utilizing it to the fullest.
10)  Would you be embarrassed or proud for someone to comment on or ask for detailed information about the item?  This is pretty neutral for this item; if someone saw it and asked about it,  I would probably like to tell them about it if I felt like they had a genuine interest in makeup.

In summation,  I will resist this palette.  I think if I had a significantly smaller eyeshadow collection, I would purchase it, but at this time, I would be a ridiculous decision since I would not be able to use it as it deserves and the lack of use would make me feel bad.
